These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of reestyles.com and its content. The website is operated by REE STYLES (“REE STYLES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website purpose

The website provides general information about architectural surface films and REE STYLES services, including cabinet, countertop, furniture, interior, privacy-glass, and window-film applications. Website content is for general informational and marketing purposes and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, product specifications, or a signed service agreement.

2. Estimates and project inquiries

Any estimate based on photographs, messages, measurements, or other preliminary information is non-binding and may change after we inspect the surfaces, confirm dimensions, review material availability, and define the final scope. Sending an inquiry, photograph, or estimate request does not create a contractor-client relationship or require either party to proceed.

A project begins only after the parties agree to the scope, price, materials, schedule, and any other required terms in a separate written agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these Website Terms.

3. Finish images and visualizations

Photographs, digital previews, finish samples, and visualizations are illustrative. Color, texture, scale, sheen, pattern placement, lighting, screen settings, substrate condition, and installation details can affect the final appearance. Material availability and performance vary by manufacturer, collection, surface, location, use, and care. Physical samples and approved project documents should be used for final selections.

4. No guarantee of suitability

Not every surface is suitable for film installation. Suitability depends on factors such as material, stability, finish, damage, moisture, heat exposure, geometry, prior coatings, and expected use. We reserve the right to decline or modify a proposed application after evaluation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to REE STYLES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your personal evaluation of our services. No other copying, modification, republication, sale, commercial use, or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

The website may link to WhatsApp, email, social media, manufacturers, or other third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Our total liability for a claim arising solely from website use will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit obligations under a separate signed project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating solely to the website or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
